The Role
As a Principal Medical Writer, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality scientific content across a diverse range of projects. You’ll deepen your expertise in key therapy areas while working closely with a talented, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of clear, compelling, and scientifically robust content across multiple formats.
- Act as a scientific expert, ensuring accuracy and excellence across all deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with medical, creative, digital, and client services teams to deliver impactful work.
- Contribute strategically to projects, mentoring junior writers where needed.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years’ medical writing experience within a UK-based Medical Communications agency.
- Strong expertise in either Medical Affairs OR Publications
- Proven ability to produce high-quality work across therapy areas and content types.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and confidence in leading projects.
