Thanks for visiting our website! I’m Chris, I’ve been recruiting within Medical Communications for nearly 15 years now (Wow that makes me feel old)!
I pride myself on being honest, professional, proactive, and really enjoy getting to know every candidate to gain the best understanding of what their next IDEAL potential move looks like. Thinking about a potential move is understandably daunting to a lot of people, with common hesitation around ‘time for meetings’ ‘the wrong fit’, ‘what if my current agency finds out I’m looking?’ etc…these are all common feelings that sometimes keep candidates in a role they aren’t 100% happy with for longer than they should be.
My role is to make the process of exploring other opportunities as easy as possible, I gain a good understanding of what you want out of your next role, match that to our huge client base and live roles to bring you the very best opportunities available to you at that time! I then work around you to ensure your timetable has the least disruption, provide support every step of the way and ensure you can have exploratory conversations/meetings in the strictest of confidence which should lead to exciting job offers for you to consider.
